Why would you want remote assistance?  Have you ever hesitated to call for a home visit, because there was just note enough work to make it worthwhile? Well, this is no longer a problem. Using a software call GoToAssist, I can take remote control of you PC
(mouse and keyboard) and resolve many issues.  It is safe because I can only remote in with you at the computer where you must permit me to connect.  And the connection is only good for this one session.  Call to schedule a remote support session, just like a house visit.
